DKM Property Management LLC ., formerly known as B & D Lawn Care LLC., was formed in 2006 out of Schoolcraft, MI. B & D Lawn Care started out as a residential company. Their services included lawn maintenance and landscaping within a 15-20 mile radius of Schoolcraft. After a couple years of success, one of the partners in business, David Mora, bought out the company. In 2010, David branched out and began offering a larger service area. David also began working with local banks to maintain bank-owned homes.

Due to the amount of services offered that were far beyond lawn maintenance, B & D Lawn Care transitioned to its new title: DKM Property Management LLC. in 2014. Currently we cover a 30 mile radius including Lawton, Paw Paw, Mattawan, Kalamazoo, Portage and Vicksburg. We plan to expand our coverage area by the end of 2015. Our clientele consists of residential customers as well as commercial and local businesses. DKM Property Management is residential and commercial insured. To these clients, we provide snow removal and lawn maintenance. We take pride in using top of the line service equipment.
